White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki And Fox News’ Peter Doocy Lay Down Their Weapons

A man-biting-dog moment happened at the White House on Friday when the lion lay down with the lamb, at least for a photo.
Outgoing White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki posed with Fox News White House reporter Peter Doocy on her final day of the day as the two frequent combatants put the past to rest.

"End of an era in the Brady briefing room!" Doocy captioned the image, which was posted to his Twitter feed. "Good luck, @jrpsaki."
The truce was noted by broadcaster Piers Morgan, who chimed in with his own tweet.
"What a partnership," he wrote. "You both did an excellent job."
The smiling photo was a reminder of the sometimes strained relationship between Psaki and reporters, with Doocy being a particular thorn in her side.
Doocy and Psaki shared their feelings at a May 5 briefing in the White House press room. "I'm sorry you're going," Doocy said from his seat.
"Are you?" Psaki asked from the podium, which Doocy confirmed.

Psaki didn't share the photo of herself with Doocy on her Twitter feed on Friday. She transfers to a lucrative job across the aisle as an MSNBC anchor.
