Wonder Woman may be close to Steve Trevor's heart, but the actress who plays DC Comics character Gal Gadot only has eyes for her husband, 45-year-old real estate developer Yaron Varsano.
Fans may not have noticed when they saw Wonder Woman in 1984, but Yaron and the couple's two daughters - Alma, 9 and Maya, 2 - actually appear in the new film. According to television journalist Kevin McCarthy, viewers will notice the cameos in the movie's Christmas scene without giving too much away. During a conversation with Kevin, Gal revealed that her family's inclusion in the film was very important to her.

"[The Wonder Woman sequel movie] was more than just a movie to us, to me, to [Director Patty Jenkins]," she said. "It changed my life completely."
What also completely changed her life was her first meeting with Yaron in 2006. According to Gal, who told Glamor in 2016, the two paths crossed at a "very strange party" in the Israeli desert. "It was all about yoga, chakras and healthy eating - we didn't find ourselves exactly there, but we did."
Although they both felt a bond early on, Gal, who was only 21 at the time, admitted that she was "too young" to see that Yaron was the one. In contrast, Yaron apparently knew immediately.
"He's 10 years older than me. He told me on our second date that he was serious and wouldn't wait more than two years to ask me to marry him," Gal told the outlet. "Fast forward two years, he suggested. We were married in 2008."
Immediately afterwards, Gal appeared in Fast and Furious 4, the beginning of many back-and-forth journeys between Israel and the United States. According to Gal, the couple found it difficult to keep moving - but on the plus side, all trips inspired Yaron.
"We wanted to feel at home when we discovered these apartments in a Los Angeles hotel. It became the inspiration for Yaron's Hotel The Varsano," she told TotallyJewish.com in 2011. "I think Yaron and I are me understand his career and he understands mine. We help each other make progress in all areas of life. We are both very career-oriented. "
In 2011, Gal and Yaron welcomed their firstborn Alma into the world. Six years later they had their second daughter, Maya. Since having children, Gal has told Glamor that Yaron was extremely helpful in figuring out how to raise their two daughters while maintaining a successful career.
"It was my husband who said to me, 'Gal, think about what kind of role model you want to be. If you want to show Alma that she can follow her dreams, you should do that and we will find out logistics" she remembered the magazine.
Although it's been a few years since Gal and Yaron walked the red carpet together, they are both very open to their love for one another on social media. To commemorate her 12th wedding anniversary, Gal posted the above Instagram of herself and Yaron looking happy as always.
